Open your heart and receive peace

Talking about personal peace may seem very individualistic. But common experience shows that each of us needs to be more concerned with his own inner development. Only in this way will we be able to help our neighbours in a more just, effective and appropriate way. In these reflections, the author suggests that we take a few more steps in order to understand what true peace is and to grow in it; and that, by meditating on these pages, we allow Jesus to enter the cenacle of our hearts, so that he may dispel all our anxieties, and that his peace may abound in our whole being, so that we may transmit it to those around us.
