Description
The Kandel children live in a world without colour. When they see the rainbow that appears on stormy days, they wonder why theirs is a black and white world, and they decide to travel the planet in search of colour. But the answer is closer than they imagine. The story is inspired by the seventh principle of the Rights of the Child, according to which children have the right to receive an education that guarantees their general culture, in order to be able to develop in society with the same opportunities as other children. It includes the Declaration of the Rights of the Child, adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in resolution 1386 (XVI) of 20 November 1959.
