This book aims to rethink educational issues in the light of the fundamental and indestructible need of every human being: to find meaning in his or her own life and to project his or her own existence in an authentic way. In the first part, it offers a systematic synthesis of the ontological and metaclinical foundations of existential analysis as presuppositions of a new anthropology of education. In the second part, it exemplifies and examines, in a logotherapeutic (or, according to a neologism, “logo-educational”) key, some of the most promising pedagogical proposals; from the relationship between adults and adolescents to family counselling; from the behaviour of the “logo-educator” to the use of autobiographical writing in clinical and educational contexts; from the training of healing professionals to the most recent experiences in the field of management and leadership training.
