Can the Virgin Mary appear?

Are apparitions of the Virgin Mary possible? When can we be sure that such messages really come from Mary? Is there any way to verify this? To whom should these messages be? Can the Church force us to believe in them? And what should we say when these revelations are supported by images that bleed, cry or sweat? Or when a visionary receives the stigmata of Christ? This book aims to clarify this panorama, providing some ideas from the point of view of the Holy Scriptures which, together with Tradition and the Magisterium, constitute the only obligatory revelation for Christians. In an easy, simple and straightforward manner, but at the same time with theological rigor, it attempts to provide lines of solution for the life and pastoral care of believers.
