He is a Camillian religious. He has a master's degree in Pastoral Health and a degree in Moral and Spiritual Theology. He currently serves as Archdiocesan Delegate for Pastoral Health of the Archbishopric of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. Previously he applied his knowledge in Argentina, where he promoted Pastoral Health, was director of the magazine Humanizar and directed the center for humanization and pastoral health "San Camilo". She has published more than 60 books, including: Our Mental Health, Life without Distress, Stories for Living Positively, Rebirth in Grief and Stories for Grieving, among others.
