The God of Christians

These meditations on the triune God and on the incarnation of God in Christ build a bridge between the most theoretical theological reflection and the concrete life of faith. This relationship is more necessary than ever. Not in vain, nowadays there is a risk of separating theology and spirituality, thinking that the former is pure abstraction while the personal and communal experience of faith is sufficient in itself. The three parts that make up this book deal with the three great affirmations of the Christian faith. The first focuses on God as a plural unity; the second affirms the incarnation and resurrection of Jesus, the Christ; the third reflects on the Holy Spirit as the source and end of human hope.
