One of the greatest contributions of modern biblical studies is having discovered, in a large part of the sacred text, what is called “the author's intention”, that is, what were the reasons that led him to write and what message he intended to convey. Thanks to this, many erroneous conclusions that were drawn from the Bible have been overcome.
