The Rose and the Fire

This book offers an overview of the life and work of a man who, through his faith and prayer, has managed to create and extend a way of encountering God through silence, prayer, personal knowledge, relationships and contact with others. His work was recognized and supported by the Vatican with the approval of his Workshops on Life and Prayer, granted in October 1997. Ignacio Larrañaga, in a completely new way, narrates how he decided to share his experience of God, until then jealously guarded, with couples from various countries as a way of delivering a legacy carefully guarded for years and, at the same time, as a hopeful bet towards lay people.
