Logotherapy: Path to self-humanization

This book is dedicated to the parents of the School of Life for Parents with Deceased Children and to all the people that the author has seen and continues to see in the logotherapy courses that he has been teaching for 25 years. These people have been able to experience logotherapy and find a new meaning in their lives, despite the ups and downs of existence or the suffering that the loss of a child generates. They have learned that there is only one way to continue living: taking responsibility for one's own life, putting logotherapy theory into action, with spirituality and a lot of self-transcendence. The reflections and testimonies included in this work aim to be a guide for anyone who wants to understand and apply the theory of logotherapy to daily life.
