The faces of the Spirit

The Holy Spirit is ungraspable, has no name or face. When looking for arguments that allow us to approach his mystery, a fundamental fact emerges: it is each person who gives a face to the Spirit when he lives under his guidance within the ecclesial tradition. Throughout these pages the author invites us to approach the Spirit from different perspectives whose common denominator is the relationship. Thus, the Spirit is contemplated in the midst of the Trinity, acting in the Church, exercising his spiritual paternity or being a companion on the journey in Christian life. The Holy Spirit, confessed in the creed as the third person of the Trinity, continues to act in history with overflowing vitality through martyrdom and prophecy, beauty and love, contemplation and commitment.
