New Christian Year – March

The time of Lent and Holy Week is a time of prayer and contemplation, on the journey towards the Lord's Easter. Christ in the Garden and Mary, upon receiving the visit of the Angel of the Lord who announces her divine motherhood, are the best examples of prayer to God, whose will they fully accept. This is what Saint Joseph and all the saints did in their exemplary life. Throughout MARCH, as in the other months, information about the Liturgical Year (Holy Week) appears, because this NEW CHRISTIAN YEAR is not limited to the calendar of saints. On the other hand, it also echoes the ecclesiastical days of this month. And, within the broad field of the calendar of saints, it is not limited to the great saints of the universal calendar, with their bibliography, iconography and prayer. There is also the biographical reference to the saints and blessed of the Spanish or Latin American calendar, and even to the founders of ecclesiastical institutions, whose process is initiated: servants of God or venerables. In addition to the biographies, which are more or less extensive, each day is completed with the names and brief references to the saints and blesseds of the Roman Martyrology. A work that, for the first time in history, integrates into the CHRISTIAN YEAR the presence of the Liturgical Year and other ecclesiastical celebrations, in addition to the most complete and updated calendar of saints that has appeared to date.
